It’s been a rough year for most (to say the least). But also during this pandemic, many became powerful. Many found their voice. And their voices were finally heard. They put actions behind their thoughts, intentions became more real, others learned who & what to fight for, some found purpose, others talked to God more, some even found love, while others birthed new life. When in “hustle mode”, it’s easy to forget to breathe. It’s critical that your mind and body receives fresh oxygen and a full night of rest for proper functioning. The “hustle and bustle” of the holiday season may increase your body’s stress responses. Chronic stress can result in physical and mental illness. I encourage you to counteract those negative responses with healthier food options, breathing exercises, time, , , , , , , and intentionally practicing a more . Stay well my friends ❤️.

It’s the last month of 2019! I pray that you have a reflective moment today. In considering your goals today, remember how many goals you’ve accomplished thus far. Celebrate your many accomplishments and consider the small victories that you’ve gained. Much of what you have endured, may have caused another person to lose hope or give up. So in your meditation, , , , bubble bath, , or , extend love, kindness, and gratitude towards your own heart. You’re doing amazing things ❤️.
