A quick workout is always better than no workout. Even if your workout buddy is eating in front of you and in full cuddle mode. 🤗😆 Now it’s the kid instead of the dog.

Atlas is 1 year and 3 months old today! He:

-ASL signs: bathroom (and now walks in there😳🤗), all done, water, milk, eat, help, more.
-I can’t remember the last time he pooped in a diaper instead of the toilet(I’ve been doing EC since 3 weeks old)!
-Points at planes, has his own sign for elephant and makes a few animal sounds.
-LOVES baths
-LOVES being outside in the dirt
-Laughs when he farts
-has no patience
-gulps water, like he’s never had it, all day long
-eats fruits and veggies all day but could live off grape nuts flakes and cottage cheese if I let him
-Stopped saying mama at about 8mo and says dada all the time now.
-Walks everywhere and danced the hardest to a Whitney Houston album.
-Loves chasing his dog Seven, who is his best friend, but doesn’t know it and doesn’t like him
