MindSpanse Our mission is to share the life enhancing tools and insights we have learned over decades of health

MindSpanse is the manifestation of our lifelong journey as entrepreneurs and knowledge seekers. We are Rob Kaufman and Craig Kaufman, brothers who have worked together for over 25 years. In our mid 20s we started a leading wall street investment bank. That 17 year run ended after the crash of 2008 when we refocused our energies on collecting and passing along to our children the collective knowledge we have gained through our life experiences and mindful practices. Our mission is to share the life enhancing tools and insights we have learned over decades of health, wellness and mindful practices always solidly grounded in the context of real world constraints. Through audio and video on-line meditations and mindfulness exercises, expert webinars and structured live classes and retreats, you can expect to develop focus, minimize stress, enhance sleep and improve your relationships to live a deeper and richer life experience.
