Come to the Plainfield Coop on Monday the 12th and try some of our 3-Bean Vegan Chili with Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread! We will be doing "Crock Pot Cravings" (from Xenergy To Go) every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday there!

Catered an unexpected dinner for 10 on Friday night! Italian style with pasta al dente, homemade sauce bolognese AND vegetarian pasta sauce, garlic bread, salad, and a couple of surprise confections for the finish. 3 hours. Xenergy To Go Go Go!!
