Christina is one of our 11 incredible facilitators leading transformational experiences throughout the retreat. As an educator and women’s empowerment advocate with over two decades of experience, she brings a rare depth of insight into how we grow, relate, and evolve through life’s biggest transitions. Her work is shaped by lived experience- navigating love, loss, reinvention, and the courage it takes to begin again.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jules Bonasera, the queen of connection, to the Awaken Abundance Retreat Lineup ✨

Jules is one of our 11 incredible facilitators guiding transformational experiences throughout the retreat. As a community builder and the founder of Conscious Conversations and co-founder of Rituall Society, her work centers on creating spaces where women feel safe to open, connect, and remember the power of sisterhood.

Blending ritual, nervous system awareness, movement, and playful connection, Jules helps women soften into authenticity and discover the abundance that comes from real, heart-led relationships. 

In her workshop, The Power of Vulnerability, we’ll explore how honest sharing and courageous openness can deepen trust, strengthen connection, and create meaningful bonds with the women around us. 💞

Introducing Christina Rowland, bringing the medicine of breath, voice, and sound to the Awaken Abundance Retreat. 

Christina is a Certified Life Coach specializing in relationship coaching, somatic breathwork, and ceremonial sound healing. Her work supports people in moving through anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges while reconnecting to deeper self-awareness, self-love, and purpose. Through somatic practices and sound, she helps create powerful shifts that move beyond the mind and into the body’s wisdom.

At the retreat, Christina will guide a transformative Ceremony 🌙 inviting participants to open their voice, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner guidance. Expect a space where sound becomes medicine and clarity begins to rise from within. 🎶

Introducing Kendall Blake, one of the beautiful spiritual guides helping shape the experience at the Awaken Abundance Retreat. 🕊️

Kendall is a Women’s Spirituality Facilitator and Meditation Guide devoted to creating grounded, nurturing spaces that invite presence, ease, and connection. With a master’s degree in Women’s Spirituality and a deeply intuitive approach, she has a gift for helping people slow down, soften, and feel truly supported in the moment.

At the retreat, Kendall will lead Mindful Moments & Meditation, offering grounding practices and intentional transitions that help regulate the nervous system and create space for deeper integration throughout the weekend. Her work gently invites us back into our bodies—where clarity, calm, and connection naturally arise. 🧘‍♀️

Tiffany is a Mindset and Well-Being Coach with over two decades of experience helping individuals and teams thrive both professionally and personally. After a successful career as a corporate executive, she now guides people through powerful life shifts—supporting them in building healthier habits, finding balance, easing anxiety, and stepping into their full potential.
