It’s taken me some time to fully sit down and reflect on this experience…

A Reiki facial with Meredith founder of , is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had the gift of receiving sessions from Meredith for years now, and each one has been deeply transformative on a spiritual, mental, and physical level.

Over time, these sessions have almost become sacred markers during periods of profound transformation in my life. My most recent experience with Meredith was especially powerful. Her devotion to her craft creates a space that feels deeply safe, intentional, and genuinely capable of facilitating transformation.

I highly recommend seeking out her support. A Reiki facial with Meredith is not necessarily what one might expect from a traditional facial experience. It feels far more like a spiritual renewal. From the songs thoughtfully woven throughout the session, to her gentle touch and the Reiki energy flowing through her work, every detail carries presence and care.

This particular session activated a deeply visionary experience for me and left me with a profound sense of depth, clarity, and connection afterward. The experience has continued unfolding for months since, continually leading me back to gratitude.

If there’s interest, I would genuinely love to write more about the experience in a future blog. Over the past few years, I’ve sought out many healing modalities and practitioners, and it feels deeply important to me to highlight women whose work is rooted in embodied integrity, devotion, and care for their craft.

Mother’s Day isn’t one thing.

There are seasons where my creative practice asks me to expand beyond the familiar…
to listen differently, feel more deeply, and soften into new ways of perceiving.

There are moments where something greater than any one of us moves through the space…

Orchid Serenity was one of those moments.

Over 100 of you gathered inside a living field of beauty—surrounded by rare orchids from around the world, breathing, moving, softening together.

What unfolded was more than an event. It was a shared experience of presence.

We began in motion—body, breath, and awareness weaving together through a moving meditation. And then, as the sound began, something shifted. The room softened. The mind quieted. The collective field opened.

This is what happens when people come together with a shared intention:
to slow down
to feel
to listen beneath the surface

Sound has a way of dissolving the edges between us. And in that space, it didn’t feel like 100 separate people… it felt like one living, breathing organism—co-creating a field of resonance, rest, and quiet remembrance.

There was beauty in the stillness.
There was beauty in the openness.
There was beauty in the willingness to arrive fully.
