Today I did three energy healings for women in The Joy Academy.
Ever since, I've been drifting around in the Spiritual/Energetic realm.

It's so calm and healing.

There is infinite love and deep understanding when we engage and marinate in the broader perspective.

It cannot be rushed.

It must be allowed to unfold at it's own pace, this infinite wisdom of love, learning, cycles, healing, growth and expansion.

It is pure JOY knowing Divine moments will always be met even as we enact our free will.

I'm being pulled back down to earth, back to physical reality, because I need to work out and take care of this body.

But I'm hearing to tell you all - you cannot miss what is destined for you, so perhaps choose to relax and have a bit more fun along the way.

Every once in a while I sit at my desk, look out the window, and do absolutely nothing.

Because I know my value, worthiness and impact on the world has nothing to do with busy-ness.

These moments just sitting here feel like spaciousness, ease, and opportunity.

To appreciate, feel, and know that being fully alive and fully myself isn't about accomplishment.

It's about presence and the ability to recognize, see, and feel the evidence or results of my success.

I help hard-working career women who are overwhelmed with life's pressure do the same.

And that is like oxygen for my soul.
