Daily dose of Chakras;
What is a chakra? Means wheel or disk and it refers to the specific points or energy centers in your body. They are believed to be responsible for keeping the balance in a person's spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional health. This enery inside your body needs to flow unblocked, and therefore must be opened up. Many times due to stress of everyday life, (both inside and outside of the body), the Chakras can become blocked and the result manifests in physical, emotional or spiritual issues. Knowing how to naturally unblock your Chakras is important.

I was introduced to Joe Dispenza's book, You are the placebo. This book changed my life, for the better. It made me really take a look deep into what makes our minds so powerful. What is our unlimited potential, and how do we access it? Thats a whole rabbit hole that got me started on what is now a life long learning path. Manifistation, sound healing, tuning forks, meditation, kundalini and so much more. So much i didn't know that I didn't know. Find your true self, soul.
