We’re slowly getting back into the swing of things around here!

I’m back to blending and have been working my way through a list of restocks. So if you’ve been missing your favorite tea or coffee.. 👀🫖☕️
Come see us! We’re filling those shelves back up and getting some of your favorites back in stock. And slowly bringing in new inventory!

And YES… new fall blends are still coming. Several ones rolling out this month.. with one or two of them hitting the shelves this Saturday, just in time for the Cambridge Main Street Fall Festival🎃

Custom blending is still paused for the time being, but we’ll let you know as soon as that changes!

Most importantly, the shop is OPEN and we’d love to see ya! Your continued support, patience, and kind words and care through this season has meant more than you know🤍

🌿Important Rooted update + some very special news… 🌿

There may be a few more bare spots on the tea shelves at Rooted over the next little while. We had been waiting on our shipment of herbs to arrive, and just as they did, I was placed on strict bed rest and have to press pause on blending restocks and custom orders for the time being😔

The good news? There’s a very special reason I’m having to slow down…

A sweet little miracle is on the way (some of you have noticed the ever growing bump) and while this is some of the happiest news we’ve ever shared, this pregnancy has also brought some unexpected challenges. Right now, my biggest job is resting and taking care of this little one.
So while Rooted Botanicals & Teas remains open during our normal business hours, things may look a little different for a season.

Tea restocks and custom orders are temporarily on pause, but there is still plenty of Rooted goodness waiting for you on the shelves✨

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and especially for continuing to support this little shop that means so much to me. Your support has carried Rooted through so many seasons, and now you’re getting to watch us enter one of the most precious ones yet.

🍵 A little piece of the Iron Zen experience to take home.

If you've had a massage with me recently, you've probably been served a cup of the signature tea I created with help from Rooted Botanicals and Teas, Iron Zen Exhale.

I've been serving it iced at the studio, but it makes a lovely cup hot, too.

But the tea isn't really about the tea.
It's about how you feel when you drink it.

That quiet few minutes after your massage.
The slower breath.
The softer shoulders.
That feeling of "I don't have to rush just yet."

I wanted to create something that could become a little sensory reminder of that feeling, something you could take home with you.

So when you brew yourself a cup on an ordinary Tuesday afternoon, maybe you'll take that first sip and remember:

"Oh, yeah. This is what relaxed feels like."

The Iron Zen signature tea is now available in retail bags at the studio, so you can take a little piece of the experience home with you. 🌿

And maybe, just maybe, make yourself a cup and give yourself permission to linger over it.
