To the person who has quietly lost faith in healthcare...

We're sorry.

We're sorry for every appointment that lasted only a few minutes when you had a lifetime of symptoms to explain.

We're sorry for every time you left feeling unheard, unseen, or like your concerns didn't matter.

We're sorry if you were told, "Everything looks normal," while your body was telling you something very different.

We're sorry if you began questioning yourself because no one else seemed willing to ask one more question.

We're sorry for the tears shed in parking lots after appointments. For the nights spent searching for answers on your own. For feeling like you had to fight just to be believed.

You deserved better.

My Why

"I didn't start Northern Pines Wellness because I wanted to open a clinic.

I started it because I wanted to care for people the way I always believed they deserved to be cared for.

Throughout my career, I saw so many incredible people leave appointments with another prescription, another diagnosis, or another referral—but without truly understanding why they weren't feeling well.

I knew there had to be a better way.

A way to slow down.
To listen.
To ask deeper questions.
To see the whole person—not just their symptoms, lab results, or medical record.
