If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ve probably seen a little bit of everything.

Reusable heat packs. Private chef experiences. Biofeedback. Spain. Farmers markets. Food.

And you may have wondered…

What exactly is Radici?

Radici means roots. And while everything we do may look different on the surface, it all comes back to the same philosophy.

Food that connects us to the farmers, traditions, and people behind it.

Private chef experiences that bring people together around the table.

Reusable heat packs that offer simple, everyday comfort.

Biofeedback experiences that invite us to slow down, become more aware of our bodies, and explore wellness more intentionally.

Curated journeys that allow us to experience a place through its food, culture, people, and traditions.

And behind all of it is a desire to create meaningful experiences and stronger connections—with our food, our communities, the world around us, and each other.

For us, Radici is about getting back to the things that matter.

Knowing where things come from. Choosing quality and craftsmanship. Taking care of ourselves and each other. Slowing down. Gathering together. And enjoying the journey along the way.

It may look like a lot of different things.

But they all share the same roots.

That’s Radici.

And there’s a whole lot more to come.

Even as a young child, I loved to cook.

I remember making chicken pot pie, learning how to make sorbet, and then I discovered pasta—and boy, was I excited! The possibilities that can come from something as simple as flour, water, and egg yolks still amaze me.

The next 16 years in the food industry taught me a lot about cooking, ingredients, technique, and hospitality. But over time, I became just as interested in where our food comes from as I was in how to prepare it.

In college, I wrote papers about GMOs and glyphosate. I started asking questions about why certain foods seem to affect people differently today and why some people describe having very different experiences eating abroad. That curiosity sent me down a rabbit hole.

How was our food grown? How was the animal raised? What was it fed? How was an ingredient processed before it ever reached my kitchen?

And that changed the way I cook.

Today, whenever possible, we seek out local farmers and producers who care about how their animals are raised and how their produce is grown. We want to know the story behind the ingredients we’re putting on the plate.

And now we get to share that philosophy with you through our private chef experiences.

Whether we’re cooking for you here in Moore County, somewhere else in North Carolina, or you bring Radici to your retreat or family gathering, our approach remains the same: source locally whenever possible and let great ingredients speak for themselves.

We want to create food that fuels both the body and the soul—and, most importantly, brings people back around the table to slow down, connect, and enjoy good food together.

That’s what food has become for me.

And I can’t wait to share it with you.

BOOKING NOW OPEN!

When we started creating Salt, Stone & Vine, we asked ourselves a pretty simple question:

Would we want to take this journey?

Not just where we’d stay or what we’d see—but how would we want it to feel?

We’d want incredible experiences together. Great food. Great wine. Places that teach us something about the people and culture around us.

But we’d also want time to disappear down a side street, find our own little café, take an afternoon to ourselves, or simply do nothing at all.

So that’s exactly how we designed it.

A thoughtfully curated journey with plenty to experience together—and enough room to make some memories entirely your own.

Because sometimes the best part of traveling together is having absolutely nowhere you need to be.

The journey is always better shared. ❤️

Through the years, we’ve traveled a lot of miles, shared countless meals, taken plenty of wrong turns, changed plans along the way, and laughed through more adventures than we could ever count.

This week, we get to celebrate another year of doing it all together.

Those experiences have shaped more than our marriage. They’ve shaped the way we see hospitality, travel, food, and ultimately, the experiences we create through Radici.

Slow down. Stay curious. Eat well. Laugh often. And never forget to enjoy the person you’re sharing the journey with.

Here’s to wherever the road takes us next. ❤️

Today marks another year of doing life together! 8 years married, 12 together!

And if there's one thing we've learned this year, it that the best experiences are done together. Who you're sharing them with, and when possible, where you're at!

This last year we've traveled together, and started a whole new business! I think the biggest thing we've done well this last year was learning to pivot. Find the path of least resistance and follow it! And it's been amazing to see where that took us this year!

Radici has been such an incredible experience! And you all only found out about it back in December! It feels hard to believe that we're not even a year into Radici yet, but here's to everything we've experienced together this last year!

Slow down. Be curious. Eat well. Laugh often. And make time for the people sitting around the table with you.

Here’s to another year of the journey. ❤️

Food is more than something we eat.

It’s history.

It’s family.

It’s tradition.

It’s often the first way we truly connect with a place.

That’s what excites us most about Northern Spain. Every market, every café, every winery, and every table has a story waiting to be shared.

What’s one local dish that completely surprised you while traveling?

Some of our favorite travel memories begin with a table.

Not because the meal was extravagant.

But because of the conversations.

The people.

The traditions.

The stories shared between courses.

Food has a remarkable way of bringing people together, no matter where you are in the world.

That’s one of the reasons we created our Curated Epicurean Tours. We believe the best way to understand a place is to sit down, slow down, and share a meal with the people who call it home.

Because every table has a story.

What’s one meal you’ll never forget?

When we began dreaming about our first Radici Curated Journey, we asked ourselves one question:

"If we could take someone anywhere in Europe, where would we go first?"

The answer came surprisingly easy.

The Basque Country.

Not just because it's home to some of the best restaurants in the world.

Not just because of the incredible wines.

But because every meal, every market, and every conversation felt deeply connected to the people and traditions that came before.

It's the kind of place that reminds you food isn't just something you eat.

It's how a culture tells its story.

That's the experience we can't wait to share.

Have you ever traveled somewhere because of the food?
