Program and has written 3 cookbooks. Carol has been featured and her recipes published in Fast & Healthy and Cape Cod Life magazines. Carol is a member of the PAII Board of Directors. Tom Edmondson has been involved in real estate since the late 1960's. Having worked in land development, planned community development, residential and commercial sales, he now specializes in Inn's and B&B's. As a former Director of Marketing, Tom spent over 13 years in the greater Boston area high-tech computer market as well as establishing his own computer marketing company.
