👋 hi it’s me, still here & still teaching! Dropping back into your feed to share some bittersweet news.

I have accepted a position returning to the classroom full time. However this means I have to scale back my 🧘‍♀️ offerings. I will still be teaching Basics on Tuesdays at 6PM

But I will be handing the Rotary Park reins over to a fantastic teacher, George. My last class will be February 12th, this group has been so warm and welcoming and I will truly miss them. If you have the chance to check out this evening class on Mondays or Thursday I can’t encourage you enough to go, you’ll be so happy you did.

🦃 NOVEMBER S C H E D U L E 🍁

☀️The weather is 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 starting to cool off so it has been absolutely beautiful on Wednesday & Saturday mornings at Crystal Lake Park.

🩵 This month not only can you catch me on Tuesdays at 6PM for Basics but also 11/5, 11/12, & 11/26 at the same time when I sub Strength & Stretch.

🦋 Classes Rotary Park are filling up but we can always make room for YOU. We have been focusing on strength and mobility so you can leave each class feeling your best and carry that throughout the week.

🐮 And you know I’ll be at the farm hanging with my 🐐 girls and their new best friend on the 16th and 30th. (If you haven’t seen him go ahead and 👉 to see the cutest guy on 4 legs.)

🆕 C L A S S coming in October!

Starting next month, join me Wednesday & Saturday mornings at Crystal Lake Park. We will be outside so plan to bring water, sunscreen, whatever you need to be comfortable on the mat. Please bring a mat/towel and blocks, of course other props you love are always welcome and encouraged.

It’s roughly 400 degrees outside but yoga is realllllll cool…

🐐 Goat Yoga is back on my schedule this month! Join me and my cloven friends July 12th at 9AM.

🆕 Come hang out for Yoga Essentials on Mondays & Thursdays at Rotary Park. This is a 75 minute, all levels class that focuses on the breath and moving mindfully to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Don’t worry, it’s INSIDE so we don’t have to worry about the heat and mosquitoes.

No goat yoga for me this month BUT there’s plenty of other opportunities to practice with me.

〰️Tuesdays at 6PM you can find me at THRIVE in the Cape teaching Basics (but really it’s perfect for everyone!).

〰️Slow it down Wednesday evenings at (above Blu Sushi) for a Restorative class at 7:15 that will help you unwind and restore.

〰️Set the tone for your week by coming to class on Sunday at 9:30 where we will mindfully move and focus on our breath, also at

**If you’re new to classes at Ritual or haven’t been in a while a few people have gotten “lost”…. look for the Barre Roots sign above Blu Sushi, you’re in the right place I promise.
