This project was displayed in Washington DC for the World Fair earlier this summer to represent folks across Illinois showcasing diversity & impact our communities make everyday.

Yes, the shoulder shrugs are part of who I am 😂- I am fluid, I dance, I move, I flow, I connect, I am rooted in the Shawnee. This lifetime and others I’ve always been here protecting this land and bringing people back to the elements and self. Through a higher quality of living I strive to reclaim sovereignty.

Spending time with my loves on the water is so grounding to this vessel. Watching the sunset & moon glow in the sky allowing my mind to wander in the beauty of this existence.

So many deaths have happened this month and it’s incredibly sad to see my loved ones struggle through that pain & grief. 😭💔

Holding space looks different for everyone and for me this is how I can cope & set intentions. Intentions of strength utilizing the elements to help send that energy through the ethers.

Had in incredible time at the closing reception for the Fuller Futures Art & Artifacts show last night sharpmuseum on campus!

The exhibit will remain open until the end of next week so still plenty of time to view.

Everett Gariepy of Pet Mosquito laying tracks over Bucky Fuller lectures was pretty freakin rad. 🤘✨

Displayed in this reel are a few pieces in the “Ways to Worship” exhibit // takes an anthropological look at four aspects of worship among cultures across the world.

This evening invited seasoned yogis & encourages folks who are new to the practice to join for community, mocktails, and deep relaxing sound meditation. 😌

✨Amy Mills has created such a gorgeous space that will serve as our backdrop to settle down to soothe the nervous system. 🙌

Take a pause and relax deeply to sounds from the moon planetary gong, crystal sound bowls, ocean drum, and koshi chime. This space is cultivated to provide you a moment to pause and journey within. 🎧🫧
