🎉🎂 Happy Birthday to our one and only Ms. J! 🎂🎉

Today we’re celebrating someone who keeps all of us smiling! If you know Ms. J, you know she has absolutely no filter, says what everyone else is thinking, and somehow manages to make us laugh every single day. 😂❤️

Beyond the laughs, Ms. J has one of the biggest hearts. She genuinely loves each and every one of our clients and celebrates every milestone, no matter how big or small. Her compassion, dedication, and ability to connect with the children she serves make her such a special part of the Behavior Speaks ABA family.

I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Ms. J for several years, and I can honestly say she’s one of a kind. I’m so grateful she chose to join the Behavior Speaks ABA team. She keeps us grounded, keeps us laughing, and reminds us that being yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give.

🎉 Please join us in congratulating Becky Hayes, our Administrative Director, on officially becoming a Registered Behavior Technician! 🎉

Becky passed her RBT exam yesterday on her very first attempt. One and done! ✅

This achievement adds another impressive credential to an already outstanding résumé. Becky brings more than a decade of experience in special education and behavioral services, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and certifications in both Special Education and Elementary Education.

Becky plays such an important role at Behavior Speaks ABA. She keeps our daily operations running smoothly, supports our staff and families, and consistently brings compassion, organization, and a child-centered perspective to everything she does. Now, she has added the RBT credential to her growing list of accomplishments!

We are incredibly proud of the time, dedication, and hard work Becky put into reaching this goal. Congratulations, Becky! Behavior Speaks ABA is lucky to have you on our team. 💜⭐

The town has entered its annual transformation into a real-life Fast & Furious… but make it Pennsylvania traffic edition 😅

The legendary Spring Carlisle Collector Car Flea Market, Corral & Auction is here (April 22–26), kicking off the season with one of the largest automotive events in the WORLD 🌎… which basically means:
🚙 every road = packed
🏨 every hotel = booked
⏱ every drive = doubled (or tripled lol) ()

Real-life data from Behavior Speaks ABA this morning:
➡️ Becky (2 minutes away) = 12 minutes 😅
