Episode 44 is live. I recorded this episode after a very full stretch. I was not even sure I would press record. What kept arriving was not a new teaching so much as a reminder I needed in my own body. You do not need a serious diagnosis to deserve someone in your corner. You do not need to wait until you have nothing left.
Support is ordinary care.
Many of us were raised to treat therapy, spiritual counsel, or even a honest conversation as something secret. As if reaching out means you are unwell in a way that has to be hidden. I want to loosen that.
We do not wait for a dental emergency to see a dentist. Dentists see other dentists. Physicians see other physicians. Sensitive women deserve the same kind of unremarkable, essential care for the mind and the heart.
The depth of caring in a highly sensitive body is real. It is raw. Criticism lands in the heart. You notice what is not working. You want something better for your family, your work, the world. Roughly twenty percent of us are built this way. That design has an evolutionary reason. It is also lonely when the people around you are not processing at the same depth, and they point to the one area where they think you should be stronger.
I know how much that hurts.
