If you’re over 35 and feel like your body is working against you... you’re not imagining it. 🙋♀️
Around 35 your body starts producing less of the peptides that control muscle, sleep, hunger, and recovery. Less of all the good stuff.
That’s why I’m obsessed with three things right now:
FIT, which helps preserve and build lean muscle, because muscle is literally the fountain of youth. RESTORED, which gets you into deeper sleep cycles, because that’s when your body actually repairs itself. And LEAN, which helps your hunger hormones so you’re not fighting your food choices every single day.
I’m 52 and honestly feeling better than I did at 42. That’s not a flex, that’s just peptides. 💪
