Ricky Spears started the Mindful Worship site in September 2007 in response to an adult Sunday School lesson he did on Biblical Meditation and an exercise he did where he walked his class through what goes on in his mind as he meditates on the scriptures. His students asked him to record that 'guided meditation' so they could do it again. He has since recorded a number of them. A number of other products related to scriptural meditation will also be available in the near future.
