🙌🏼 TRANSFORMATION STORY 🙌🏼

Burn has changed me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. 🩵

In my 40s, life can feel like A LOT. Raising teenagers, navigating my mom’s illness, work, family, hormones… all the things. Somewhere along the way, I realized I needed something that was just for ME.

Burn became that place.

Yes, I’ve gotten stronger physically, but honestly, it has done so much more for me than that. I leave feeling stronger in my mind, body, and soul.

Some days it’s a workout. Some days it’s therapy. 😂 And some days, it’s simply one hour to shut everything else out, breathe, and focus on myself.

And the people… 🥰 The incredible trainers who push me and believe in me, and the friends who encourage me, hold me accountable, laugh with me, and show up beside me.

I’m stronger than when I started, but more importantly, I feel more like ME again.

So grateful for this community and every person who has been part of my journey.

Burn is so much more than a workout. It’s family. 🔥❤️

You already know Ali, but you’re going to be seeing even more of her behind the scenes! 💙📸
Ali is officially stepping into the role of Regional Content Coordinator for our three Burn locations!
After serving as a Content Collaborator and helping capture so many of the moments that make Burn Burn, she’ll now be helping coordinate the content coming out of our gyms and making sure we’re capturing the people, energy and community we love so much.

We’re so excited to see Ali step into this next chapter! 💙
