🩵 TRANSFORMATION STORY 🩵

When Burn Boot Camp opened in Cartersville two years ago, I was already a fan of group workouts, so making the switch was an easy decision. And I’m so glad I did!

For years, my life revolved around being a wife and mom. When I finally started making time to work out, I realized how important it was to have something just for ME.

Now I’m a proud member of the 4:30 AM Rooster Crew! 🐓😂 It may sound crazy, but it’s my favorite time of day. Everyone at home is asleep, nobody needs anything, and that hour is all mine!

Over the past two years, I’ve gotten physically stronger, but the biggest transformation has been my mental health. Starting my day doing something for myself makes me happier, and I truly believe it makes me a better wife and mom.

The friendships, accountability, amazing trainers, encouragement, and endless high-fives are what keep me coming back! I love my Rooster Crew!

I’ve had a few setbacks along the way that forced me to take some time off, and let me tell you, the FOMO is REAL! 😂 But I always look forward to getting back.

What I’m most proud of is my consistency and how much stronger I’ve become, both physically and mentally.

Burn has taught me that making myself a priority doesn’t take away from my family. It helps me give them the best version of myself.

Two years later, I’m stronger, happier, and so thankful for my Burn family! 💙🐓

🩵TRANSFORMATION STORY🩵

I originally joined Burn to focus on staying healthy, but it has truly transformed into so much more. Being part of this community has significantly boosted my confidence and motivated me to be in shape.
I appreciate how the trainers continually push me to do better and challenge myself (even on the days when I don’t feel up to it) Knowing that you believe in my capabilities makes all the difference and keeps me coming back.
Thank you for your constant encouragement and support.
