The long study sessions, the exams, the early mornings, the late nights, the moments when you wonder if you'll ever feel like you know enough…we see you.

Being a pharmacist is about so much more than memorizing medications. It's about continuing to learn, asking questions, caring for people and finding your place in a profession that can take you in so many different directions.

If you're waking up during the night, struggling to fall asleep, or feeling like your sleep isn't what it used to be, hormonal changes may be one piece of the puzzle.
