Building careers, raising children, managing everything and somewhere along the way, we drifted from each other. Through breath, movement, presence, and conscious practice, we found our way back. Entwined Breath is founded and led by married husband-and-wife team Seraphina Skye and Tieterious, both RYT-200 yoga teachers and trained pranayama/breathwork guides.

As a couple who have shared over 20 years together, we believe love deserves our attention, even when nothing is wrong.

Our intention is simple: to create experiences where couples can step away from everyday responsibilities, explore something new, and rediscover the joy of being together.

Step away from the everyday and join Entwined Breath for a playful, meaningful couples experience designed to help you reconnect, have fun, and make space for each other.

This 90-minute outdoor experience will weave together yoga, meditation, breathwork, couples connection, and an interactive Adventure Quest created to spark curiosity, laughter, presence, and shared moments together.
