Today’s lunch was definitely one for the books!
I saw the chicken chalupa earlier this week and wanted it so bad. So I decided to try and make my own version!

•First cut a chicken breast mostly in half long ways and flatten it a tad..
•Lay it in the air fryer and fold it like a taco.
Cook until it’s crispy then flip it upside down so the middle can cook.
•Use cilantro avocado dressing first.
•then stuff your chicken taco shell with lettuce and top with tomatoes and cheese.
•the kicker is using the Taco Bell hot sauce to really give it that chicken chalupa flavor!
Either way it was absolutely delicious for alot less calories.

148g of airfried chicken
60g(2TBSP) dressing
20g spinach
20g spring mix
14g shredded cheese
20g shopped tomato
278.7 cals

Here is my breakfast(minus my protein coffee), lunch and a snack I’ve prepped up for this weeks meal prep.
This leaves me with 653.8 calories for my day to add things like a protein shake, tuna Sammy, fruits, veggies or some cauliflower chips to my day in between to fill up the gaps.
The awesome thing about macros is I. An fill those 653.8 calories with close to anything as long as it fits the numbers and helps me hit my protein (because protein is the most macro important to hit).

So I was in the shower thinking about food lol and those old school teen magazines came to my brain where it would ask you a questions and you follow the arrows to find your perfect man 😂 well I figured why not try and translate that to something a bit healthier for the mind and body lol now this may not be scientific or anything but it for sure gets me thinking about WHY I’m about to open the fridge and reach for food. Hopefully at the very least when I walk into the kitchen this will help me take a step back and ask myself “do I need to be here? Or do I just want to be here?”. Even if it’s not “accurate” it makes me think about my decisions and consciously make the right one.

don’t know how I used to get through without yoga. Doing it on a weekly basis has helped me in so many ways! It’s the perfect way to start my day! Thankfully has kept it going through this whole covid mess, keeping alot of us centered and sane ! I couldn’t thank you enough for being so wonderful!


If you haven’t tried yoga, or you have and want to get back at it, and her Monday through Friday 6:30 am class is perfect! She does live zoom classes as well as recorded ones for those who aren’t necessarily morning people and her rates are super reasonable! Feel free to message her and jump on the yoga train! You won’t regret it!


Yoga is so amazing is so many ways! It helps with flexibility, strength and posture for starters. The real kicker is it’s helped me stay calm and focused during the covid craziness.

Of course the measurements can be reduced for less calories. But this was a killer post workout snack! Plenty of protein and so darn delicious! 🤤

Rebounding is a great workout that does so much more than give you a cardio/leg workout while easy on the joints. Today I got to see this bad boy in person! The rose pedal cannagar! 7 grams of flower, 1gram shatter, hand rolled and packed in rose pedals, with love and passion! It’s so beautiful and smells so delicious of roses and cannabis. A stoner girls kind of flowers. Thanks for sharing the greatness , I can’t wait to snag one of my own!

After today’s arm workout and 1.5 mile walk I decided to throw a bit of distillate from into my oatmeal for a quick and easy medicated post workout meal.

This girl right here loves oats! Ever since I started tracking macros, oats have been a staple every week. From overnight oats, to fruit cobbler bars, to oatmeal. Right now I am HOOKED on this peanut butter chocolate oatmeal. Inside these little containers is 480 calories of chocolatey, peanut buttery, deliciousness that is helping with my small Reese’s obsession . 😂 it’s not quite the same but it gets the job done and keeps me full until snack time.

Recipe:
40 grams oats
40 grams shredded carrots
(I chop them up as well)
40 grams banana
20 grams PB2 powder
(Powdered peanut butter)
60 grams egg whites
(Carton or separated egg)
8 grams benefiber
15 grams dark chocolate chips

Combine carrots oats and water(until mistype is barely covered,not drowning) cook on medium until it starts to simmer. While that’s heating mix together PB2, egg whites, banana and benefiber. Once oats starts to simmer pour egg mixture into your oats and immediately stir for a good minute. Oats may be a tad liquidy. I leave them on medium stirring every so often until it’s a thicker consistency. Once you’re happy with them pour them into a bowl and add your 15 grams of dark chocolate chips.
To batch cook them just multiply each ingredient by however many days (for me 5) then when and cook everything together. Once cooked, weigh finishing product (without pan weight) and divide by however many days you multiplied (for me 5).
What you get is your portion for each day.
Boom. Breakfast.

Today was the my first leg workout of the week. Ouch. It is also one of my heaviest weeks this far. Ouch ouch. Loading this guy up at 130 pounds, 8 reps for 4 sets. Feeling purty good but feeling the pain. Today I used this 1:1( equal parts THC & CBD) ointment from on my lower back. Thanks to this bad boy I was able to get everything prepped and ready to go for tomorrow’s 710 specials!
