Today’s lunch was definitely one for the books!
I saw the chicken chalupa earlier this week and wanted it so bad. So I decided to try and make my own version!
•First cut a chicken breast mostly in half long ways and flatten it a tad..
•Lay it in the air fryer and fold it like a taco.
Cook until it’s crispy then flip it upside down so the middle can cook.
•Use cilantro avocado dressing first.
•then stuff your chicken taco shell with lettuce and top with tomatoes and cheese.
•the kicker is using the Taco Bell hot sauce to really give it that chicken chalupa flavor!
Either way it was absolutely delicious for alot less calories.

60g(2TBSP) dressing
20g spinach
20g spring mix
14g shredded cheese
20g shopped tomato
