DAY 3 | TESTOSTERONE & SKIN CHANGES

When we talk about hormones and aging, estrogen usually gets all the attention — but testosterone plays a role in skin health, too.

Women produce testosterone as well, and changes in hormone levels can influence the way our skin looks and feels.
