Teaching children helpful tools and practices for self regulation is so important. Well done ladies! 🙌🏼

Kids Yoga! What a fun event. Watching these small souls learn about mindfulness, breathing, and self-care was such a joy. Thank you so much Krystal for this idea and for helping the kids feel comfortable and relaxed. You’re a true pro. 💛
