Just because you’ve had spinal surgery does NOT mean your spine can’t still be cared for. 👏

Many patients with spinal fusions, rods, screws, or past back surgeries can still safely receive chiropractic care when it’s done properly and tailored to their body.

The goal isn’t to reverse surgery — it’s to help improve mobility, decrease compensation patterns, support the nervous system, and help the rest of the spine function better.

Too many people are living with stiffness, tension, pain, or numbness because they were told “nothing else can be done.” That’s often not the full story.

I wrote a new blog explaining more about chiropractic care after spinal surgery and why many patients still benefit from getting adjusted.

If you’ve had spinal surgery and have been afraid to seek care, this is your sign to start asking questions and exploring your options. 💙 Link in Bio for the full article!

Scoliosis or spinal rods don’t mean your spine is “off limits.”
We’re not trying to undo surgery or straighten every curve, we’re focused on improving motion, reducing stress, and supporting your nervous system.

Because people with scoliosis deserve a well-functioning, regulated nervous system too.

There is almost always something we can do to help you move and feel better.

Have you been told your spine “can’t” be helped? DM “scoliosis” for more information on how I can help with your scoliosis.

You don’t need to lift the heaviest weight in the room to get stronger.

You just need consistency… and the willingness to push your limits.

And here’s the truth—those limits might change day to day, month to month… and that’s okay.

Strength isn’t built in one workout.
It’s built by showing up, adjusting when needed, and still putting in the work.

Strength training is also one of the best things you can do for your spine—supporting spinal integrity, improving stability, and keeping your bones strong as you age.

The goal isn’t just to be strong today—
it’s to still be strong 10, 20, 30 years from now.

That’s real longevity. 💪

I’m not insulin resistant…. So why did this spike my blood sugar?
I’ve been wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) for the past week… and honestly, it’s been eye-opening.
What’s interesting?
I’m not considered insulin resistant. I eat well, stay active, and prioritize my health.
But even then… certain foods caused way bigger glucose spikes than I expected.
👉 Foods I thought were “healthy” hit me differently than I assumed
👉 Timing, combinations, and even stress played a role
👉 And some things I thought would spike me… didn’t
This is exactly why I’m so passionate about personalized health — what works for one person doesn’t always work for another.
I’m breaking down everything I’ve learned so far — the surprises, the patterns, and what actually matters — on a live call tomorrow at 6 PM.
If you’ve ever wondered:
    •    Why you feel tired after eating
    •    Why you get cravings later in the day
    •    Or how your body actually responds to food
You’ll want to join this.
Drop a “CGM” below or message me and I’ll send you the link to join us on my Skool platform.

The best thing after a good meal… isn’t always dessert 😏
Everyone talks about what you eat, but almost no one talks about how your nervous system processes it.
After a big dinner, your body shifts into rest + digest mode—and your cervical spine plays a bigger role than you think!
If there’s tension or subluxations in your neck:
→ your body stays in stress mode
→ digestion slows down
→ you feel more bloated, sluggish, and tired
A simple adjustment helps your body actually switch gears
so you can use that meal instead of just sitting on it.
Eat well. Adapt well. Recover well.
And yes… this might beat dessert.

If you’ve ever felt way too full after eating, your nervous system might be part of the problem. Shoot me a message MEAL for a discount code to come get checked.
