According to Scott Hensley (professor of microbiology at Univ of Pennsylvania), the flu vaccine this year is a "major mismatch" for the widely circulating strains. No better time to up your natural protection with doses of elderberry. Elderberry has been scientifically proven to target the enzyme neuraminidase. This enzyme helps the flu virus enter healthy cells and begin replicating. Elderberry, by targeting this enzyme, prevents the flu virus from replicating. This is why it is effective to take as a preventative and when sick.
This is the time of year I take elderberry daily. One dose Monday through Friday and I take the weekends off.

2020 has been quite a doozy...my mantra since March has been "flowing, not fighting" and I keep returning to the ocean to remind myself of it.
I've embraced this time to expand my knowledge base in energy work, tea ceremonies, and human design. I'll be offering all three services in the coming weeks. Can't wait to share more about it and serve the community!
