In the beginning, a lot of my clients think they’re “bad at consistency” - but that’s because their healthy routines were built for ideal conditions.
But real life looks like:
- bad sleep
- sick kids (and sometimes a sick husband, too)
- travel
- last minute meals out
- busy work weeks
- low motivation
So if you actually want to LIVE your healthy lifestyle, you have to build it to exist INSIDE those seasons! Routines that are flexible and repeatable are way more valuable than routines that sound “perfect” on the outside.
If you’re ready to ditch on-again-off-again cycle and finally find some consistency - send a DM my way ✌🏼

contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG - one of the most well studied and useful probiotic strains on the market (see some of my Paige Talks Wellness Podcast episodes for more on which probiotic supplements are actually worth your money 🙌🏼)
makes arguably the best prenatal vitamins on the market. They contain 24 key nutrients and antioxidants and are best for pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and helping re-up your own body’s stores again postpartum. (And if you didn’t know, postpartum lasts longer than you think! Your body gave a LOT to your baby, and it takes time to replenish. :))
And the majority of adults don’t have enough omega-3s in their diets, so that makes adding WeNatal’s Omega supplement a no-brainer. Plus, there’s no fishy aftertaste with these ones.
You don’t need a billion different supplements to be healthy - but you might need the right ones! Looking for help to figure that out? I’m currently accepting 1:1 clients 👏🏼 Send me a DM to set up your free discovery call today 💙

Restaurants with shared plates used to scare the hell out of me.
There were no calorie counts, no exact measurements, nothing I could plug into an app and feel “sure” about. And who even knew how much of something I was eating vs how much my friends were. Stressful AF.
So instead of enjoying dinner, I’d sit there doing mental math, guessing portions, and quietly stressing out.
Going to restaurants is supposed to be fun - not cause an anxiety attack.
BUT NOW it’s completely different.
I can go out, order what actually sounds good, share food with the table, have dessert if I want, and actually be present for the experience instead of stuck in my head trying to keep control over everything.
Because if your version of health only works when everything is perfectly controlled, it’s NOT healthy (or sustainable in the long run).
If eating out still feels stressful, it doesn’t have to stay that way. I’d love to help you get to enjoy your dinners out again. Book a free discovery call via the link in my bio.
PS was absolutely delicious last night 👏🏼

If your allergies get worse before your period, or your PMS hits harder during allergy season, there’s a reason: HISTAMINE.
Histamine is an immune system messenger that helps to manage inflammatory responses like inflammation, digestion, and hormone regulation. But too much can cause some issues.
Estrogen increases histamine (and estrogen is fluctuating/high from ovulation til your period), so you might end up with ramped up inflammation, mood swings, headaches, bloating, and allergy symptoms during your luteal phase.
That increased histamine also promotes MORE estrogen, making PMS feel even more awful during allergy season.
What helps:
• support gut health + protein intake (histamine breakdown)
• manage stress + blood sugar (lowers overall inflammation)
• notice your patterns (timing matters here)
• be mindful of high-histamine foods if you’re sensitive
This is something I work on with clients all the time - and I’d love to help you through, too. Send me a DM to schedule your Discovery Call 💙

I’ve had clients who lift weights, do Crossfit, take martial arts classes, take dance classes, play tennis, run,, swim - you name it, I’ve probably seen it.
If you want to change your body, you have to be consistent. What you’re consistent at matters, but the consistency itself is the biggest hurdle!
If you hate running, for example, you’re not going to want to get out and run multiple times a week. Even if you know that doing so will help you achieve your physical goals.
Finding a type of movement that you ENJOY doing is going to get you to your goals a lot faster, and I’m here to help you do that.
If you’re ready to ditch on-again-off-again cycle and finally find some consistency - send a DM my way ✌🏼
