We are so excited! This Saturday from 4-6pm on the Pier at The Mount Pleasant Park Under the Bridge is our self-care event on how to turn fear to motivation. This is our last event of the year and we only have ten tickets left!
Fear is only bad because we have labeled it as so. Join us to change the role fear has on your life, while enjoying a beautiful evening on the water.

***Tomorrow Night is a double header speaker presentation at King Barbecue, 2029 Carver Avenue, from 6pm-8pm***
Speaker #1: Danielle Howley of Deeper Healing - Deeper Healing is a world renown healing facility that helps people with autoimmune problems that nobody that can fix. She is going to discuss environmental toxins.
Speaker #2: Barbara Brant of Your Holistic Guru - Barbara has very fascinating insights about the dangers in our hair care products and in the hair care industry.
This will be a super fun night of community and education.
I highly recommend coming and checking this event out.

Sunset Beach Yoga tonight at *6pm* on Station 22. This class is a treat to your mind and body. Come and get away from the grind of daily life for just one hour. Immerse yourself in relaxation, restoration, peace, and strength.
The cold season is around the corner and these classes will go away soon. Enjoy this experience while you can.
