In-Person Coaching & Travel Policy
I offer coaching both virtually (via Zoom) and in person.
In-person sessions within my local area—defined as locations within 15 minutes of my primary location—are available at the standard session rate.
For in-person coaching outside of this area, a travel fee applies to account for travel time and logistics:
• 16–30 minutes away: +$30 per session
• More than 30 minutes away: Travel fees may increase, or virtual coaching may be recommended
Travel time is estimated based on typical driving conditions. Any applicable travel fee will always be communicated prior to scheduling.
Virtual coaching is available at the standard rate and is often a flexible, effective option for ongoing support.
My goal is to offer flexible, supportive coaching while maintaining a sustainable schedule that allows me to show up fully present for each family.
