We had the best time celebrating Jim and Marcy's wedding anniversary at Brightwater! Their family gathered close, sharing hugs, laughter, and a treasure trove of memories. 💌 The celebration was full of smiles, sweet stories, and lots of love from everyone who came to cheer them on. Congratulations, Jim and Marcy, here's to seventy years of side-by-side adventures! 🤩

Closing out shore season with a beautiful day in Long Branch with our community, Laurel Circle! 🌊☀️

There's something magical about the Jersey Shore after Labor Day, when the summer crowds have faded, and the beach feels a little more peaceful. Members enjoyed a relaxing day by the water, from dipping their toes in the sand to sharing a delicious lunch outdoors with ocean views. It was the perfect reminder that some of the best beach days aren't always in the middle of summer. 💙🏖️✨

This October, let's come together to raise awareness, celebrate strength, and support the fight against breast cancer. 🌷🩷

Breast Cancer Awareness Month serves as an important reminder that 1 in 8 women will face breast cancer in their lifetime. While breast cancer is less common in men, it can affect them as well, making awareness, education, and early detection important for all. At Senior Living Communities, we stand with all those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer and encourage regular screenings and mammograms. Together, we can help spread awareness, support research, and make a difference. 💫

Passport Night W**e Club took Members at Homestead Hills on an unforgettable journey to Seoul, South Korea! 🇰🇷✈️✨

Guests learned about the country's cuisine while enjoying a five-course dinner paired with a selection of w**es. 🍷 Our Korean-inspired evening began with Kimchimari or a fresh Seoul Lettuce Salad paired with Helenental Grüner Veltliner. 🥗 Guests then enjoyed Korean pork mandu with Alpataco Pinot Noir, followed by crispy Korean Fried Chicken, sesame cucumber salad, and bao buns alongside Sagwa Pai Sparkling Peach Soju. 🥒 The main course featured tender Korean beef short ribs, jasmine rice, and scallions paired with Shannon Ridge Zinfandel. We ended on a sweet note with kkwabaegi, a traditional twisted doughnut dusted with powdered sugar, served with Candoni Moscato d'Italia. 🤩

It was a chance to experience a new destination, bringing the sights and flavors of South Korea right here to our community. 💫

Our talented dining team has been busy creating dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients, bringing creativity, flavor, and a touch of surprise to every plate. 🍽️ Braised Beef Short Ribs
Cooked in a rich garlic-merlot sauce and served with mashed potatoes and green beans amandine.

🍋 Salmon Piccata
Pan-seared salmon finished with a lemon, white w**e, and caper sauce, accompanied by a baked potato and steamed broccoli.

🦐 Creamy Seafood Risotto
Arborio rice simmered with onions, saffron, w**e, and clam juice, then tossed with mascarpone, tender shrimp, and crab meat.
