Diet shaming is 🙄
A big part of a nutritious diet is a healthy relationship with ALL foods. It’s all about moderation. If you want something sweet, eat something sweet!
Keep your eyes off other peoples’ plates and your opinions spearate from their meals 🫡
If you have specific health goals in mind, that’s wonderful! If you don’t (hi 👋🏽, me too!), that is also fine! Either way, stressing about having a slice of cake is worse for your health than the cake.
Food does not have a moral value. Don’t let others dictate how you feel about foods that they can’t even enjoy themselves. 😛
