Yesterday was such a special day. As a proud member of the Board of Directors, it means everything to show up for this organization — and having Belove Skin serve as a table sponsor at the Better Tomorrows Luncheon was one of those full-circle moments. 🤍

Crittenton of NC exists to empower women and children through education, health, and residential care — and every year this luncheon reminds me exactly WHY this work matters so much. Grateful to have shared the moment with my incredible friends , Ebony , and and team.

Just starting this day with some fresh-pressed juice and feeling pretty powerful like my shirt says. 😊⁠⁠
First things first - what's in my cup - Pineapple, celery, green apple, and lemon. And it is SO GOOD!⁠⁠
Secondly, many of you have asked about the results of my 7-day cleanse. And here is my list:⁠⁠
💫 Released 11 pounds⁠
💫 Eczema patch went away⁠
💫 My skin is smooth and looks hydrated ⁠
💫 Belly bloat is gone⁠
💫 My energy levels are up⁠
💫 Sugar cravings are gone ⁠
💫 I have been able to see my mindless connection to food⁠⁠

My juice blend for today is so simple and refreshing. I used 1/4 of a very large watermelon, 1/2 pineapple, and 2 lemons. This made 80oz of juice. ⁠⁠⁠

FUN FACT: I use to own a mobile juice bar, Happy Apple Juicery, and one of our best selling blends was Joy. All of our juices had happy names because that is how you felt when you drank them. ⁠⁠⁠
This blend is our previous Joy juice and trust me you will love it. This was made with 1/3 of a pineapple, 2 red apples, 1 large cucumber, 1 lime, and a k**b of ginger. Try it and thank me later. 😉⁠⁠⁠
