People see the book today, but they don’t see the years behind it.

What many people don’t realize is that Bitter Blessings began in August 2020. My first public posts documenting the journey were made on October 21, 2020.

Back then, there was no book signing, no tour, no printed copies, and no guarantee that any of this would become what it is today. There was only a commitment to keep learning, keep researching, and keep moving forward.

In a world that celebrates overnight success, we rarely talk about what it takes to stay committed to something for years before anyone notices. We don’t often talk about the late nights, the setbacks, the doubts, the lessons, and the discipline required to keep building when the results aren’t visible yet.

Bitter Blessings is the visible result of an invisible journey.

That’s why this tour means so much to me. It’s not just about a book. It’s about seeing years of faith, persistence, and dedication come full circle.

People often ask me why I became so passionate about wellness, nutrition, herbs, minerals, and understanding how the body works.

The answer is simple: I survived cancer.

A rare form of nasal cancer that affects approximately 2,000 people worldwide each year. That diagnosis changed everything. When you come face-to-face with something that rare and that serious, you begin looking at life differently. You begin asking different questions. You stop taking your health for granted.

Bitter Blessings wasn’t born from a business plan. It was born from a journey that forced me to dig deeper, study harder, learn more, and become more intentional about the way I live. What started as a personal search for understanding became years of research, discovery, and growth.

That journey eventually became Bitter Blessings: The Total Reset.

This book is more than pages and words. It’s the result of lessons learned through adversity, resilience, faith, and perseverance. I survived what many people never expected me to survive, and now I’m sharing what I learned along the way.
