Last throwback to 2016.
Turns out growth doesn’t always look like what we pictured 10 years ago and honestly, I really like where I am now. 😌

For a long time, travel felt impossible because there was always something on fire that had to be deal with hands on.
Last year, I traveled 7 times.

Here’s to another year of travel and more time with my favorite humans. ✨

I heard we were looking back on the last 10 year and wow scrolling through my camera roll reminded me how life can change….quietly, all at once.

If you asked me what I was doing until a year ago, I would have said “JG all day, every day.”

But running a product-based business became an up hill battle every day. *cough* tarrifs, TikTok, all the platforms. Working 12+ hour days to keep things moving with very little rest.

Now life looks so different and for the first time I actually feel like I’m enjoying the life I worked so hard for. Not just chasing it.

What I’ve learned?
-Building something doesn’t mean burning yourself out.
-Growth doesn’t have to come at the cost of your peace.
-And the lessons you leave the heard way, are shortcuts for someone else.

There’s something so satisfying about closing your laptop on a Friday and stepping into the weekend. As a small business owner, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle of the workweek, and by the time Friday rolls around, shutting down my laptop almost feels like hitting the ‘refresh’ button on life 😅
