Do you feel shame around pleasure?

I did.

I felt like it was something I needed to keep hidden and truthfully this energy carried over into the way I interacted with the world.

My desires and needs could not be vocalized because I wasn’t allowing myself to live out pleasure. (It’s no coincidence that your pelvic floor and vocal chords resemble each other 🙏 )

Not sure what your upbringing looked like but I had little to zero talks about my moon, s*x, my womb, or**sm, anatomy, pleasure....

My understanding and relationship with the most magical and powerful piece of me felt compartmentalized and something to hide.

The journey has felt like carefully unwrapping the most precious gift. My eyes fill with tears even now as I revel in relationship with me. With being a sensual, s*xual, spiritual Goddess.

And the gift keeps getting sweeter. 💝
