Stop wasting $ on online training programs!

In my experience as a consumer and as a personal trainer/yoga teacher who has provided tons of online programming… I have to be honest.. most people, including ME .. never do the program we purchased.

The nature of online programming is that there is no accountability, no feedback or individual motivation given and no adaptation for individual needs as they arise . That’s a problem !

Especially for women like us.. in midlife ….perhaps beginning the strength training journey. I know you know…because it’s everywhere in the news, women in midlife MUST start strength training for longevity!

My advice is get a personal trainer you see in person. And be sure they have knowledge about corrective exercise (cause if you’re over 50 you’re gonna have “issues”. ) It also helps if they understand what it’s like to be our age!

But for some of us a personal trainer with this knowledge and experience is impossible to find, or we can’t afford it or overhauls we simply can’t fit it into our schedule. 😩

That’s why when I was given the opportunity to partner with Studio AI to develop an APP with my programming, my philosophy and the ability to organize my resources to provide to you directly, I jumped at the chance. 😃💪🏽

I stopped selling online programs a couple years ago because I realized most clients fell off or never started them. It just didn’t feel right. This feels right.

*accountability
*mindset work
*strength training
*flexibility/mobility training
*bone density training
*corrective exercise
*ability to adapt to the individual
*using MY programming

It’s pretty freakin COOL!

Curious? Go to the link in my bio to find out more.
The app costs less than $30 a month.. that’s way less than ONE personal training session! Cancel anytime!

Training at 65 looks different than training at 25… and honestly? That’s not failure. That’s wisdom.

You may build muscle a little slower, need more recovery, deal with more aches, and have to adapt exercises along the way. But movement is still one of the most powerful investments you can make for your strength, energy, independence, bone health, and quality of life.

The goal isn’t to train like your younger self.
The goal is to become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself NOW.

Consistency. Recovery. Adaptation. Self-compassion.
That’s the real secret.

And if you’re still showing up and moving your body at 65?
You’re already ahead of the curve. Badass behavior. 🔥💪

Over 50 isn’t the beginning of the end… heck neither is 65. it’s where we train smarter.

My app is live—strength, mobility, mindset, all in one place. Get some guidance, especially if you’re new to training. I’m a physical therapist, yoga teacher and trained yoga therapist and MidLife Women’s Strength coach.. I GOT YOU. Get the app ya’ll!!

You don’t fall because both legs got weak at the exact same time.
You fall because one side stopped pulling its weight.

One of the biggest mistakes I see as a PT and trainer?
People only training both legs together and never noticing the imbalance.

Squats are great, but life is unilateral.
Walking. Climbing stairs. Hiking. Getting off the floor. Catching yourself when you trip. Even biking and dancing. 😃

That’s why single-leg strength matters so much for longevity.

Unilateral training helps:
• improve balance
• reduce injury risk
• strengthen stabilizing muscles
• improve bone density
• expose side-to-side weakness before it becomes a problem
• build confidence and independence as we age

And let’s be honest… the goal isn’t just “living longer.”
It’s being able to carry your suitcase, hike the trail, dance at weddings, and get up off the floor without making sound effects like an old screen door.

Exercises like:
• split squats
• side lunges
• single-leg deadlifts
• back lunges
• curtsy squats

…are gold for healthy aging.

Strong legs are longevity insurance.
Single-leg strength is a must !

Try these and see if you have one side which is weaker.. it might surprise you! Then be sure to include single leg work at least every other 4 -6 week program.

Want more individualized guidance? Hire a personal trainer with corrective exercise training .. can’t afford that time wise or financially? I got you .

Try my 50Plus Strong app. It applies my knowledge and philosophy and adapts to your needs right on your phone. 😃

You’ve heard it over and over… women over 50 need to strength train! Why?

*bone loss!
*muscle mass loss!
*belly fat!
*less energy!

Well, if you’ve been hearing it but are nervous about starting… try these 6 foundational exercises that I recommend as a physical therapist and women’s strength coach.

These are functional, accessible (I included modifications) and effective. You can get a full body workout in 30 minutes.

Try 2-3 x a week
Take rest days in between strength days.
Add a little cardio on your choice on off days (yes walking counts)

In 4-6 weeks if you are consistent, you will see and feel a change .. I’ve seen it happen with my clients over and over again.

Midlife women
New to strength training
Under estimating their potential.

Ya’ll…. It works 💪🏽

If you like this starter routine there’s more where that came from. 😃

Somewhere along the way, a lot of women were taught that midlife means decline.
Less energy. Less strength. More aches. Smaller lives.

I don’t buy it. And honestly? Science doesn’t either.

As a physical therapist, yoga therapist, and personal trainer, I’ve worked with women who thought they were “too far gone,” “too old,” “too weak,” or “too intimidated” to start strength training.

What they actually needed was:
✔️ a safe starting point
✔️ guidance they could trust
✔️ workouts built for their body
✔️ someone who understands joints, hormones, mobility, balance, bone health, and real life

Strength training in midlife isn’t about becoming a fitness influencer.
It’s about:
• carrying luggage without pain
• getting off the floor easily
• protecting your bones
• improving energy and confidence
• feeling strong in your own skin again
• creating a future where your body supports your life instead of limiting it

That’s exactly why I created my app for women 50+.

Inside, we work on:
💪 strength
🦴 bone health
🧘 mobility & flexibility
❤️ cardio
🧠 mindset & consistency
…and doing it in a way that feels approachable, smart, and sustainable.

You are not behind.
You are not too old.
And it is absolutely not too late to become strong.

Aging happens.
Weakness doesn’t have to.

Women over 50 are often taught to expect decline instead of training for strength, energy, mobility, and resilience.

Your body is still adaptable.
Still capable.
Still worth investing in.

That’s why I created 50+ Strong. ❤️
On sale 20% off through Thursday May 8!
