Baby… let me be real. I was DONE with Bodied by Shannon. Like over it. Tapped out. Curtains closed.
Then I decided to try intermittent fasting again… which spiraled into a full 7-day spiritual fast… which somehow turned into a 30-day fast where I was only eating seafood on the weekends like a bougie pescatarian.
And during all this fasting, me and God were in full conversation mode. Like… TED Talk level discussions. And God hit me with:
“Lil girl… I already told you YES. America is a whole mess and I still keep carrying you through it! Do what I told you to do — and do it NOW — before I change my mind.”
So guess what I did? Exactly what He said! But I was honest with God too. I said, “Okay… I’m doing it. But I need a sale. Something. Give me a sign.” I woke up to TWO SALES the following morning. At that point I was like, “Alright, I hear You loud and clear Big Dawg.”
Yeah… I said I wasn’t advertising here anymore because the support felt real dry. Well… I changed my mind about that too. Scroll if you want. Delete me if you need to. Either way, I’m doing what God said. And I’m walking in it HEAVY.
