🤍 Expecting a baby? Let’s talk breastfeeding BEFORE baby arrives!

Whether you’re planning to breastfeed, combination feed, pump, or simply want to understand your options

Join us September 19 from 10am-12pm at Riverhaven Community Birth Center for our group prenatal breastfeeding class. This class is designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported as you begin your feeding journey.

We’ll talk about:
✨ How newborns are biologically designed to feed
✨ What to expect in the first hours and days
✨ Building and protecting your milk supply
✨ Recognizing early feeding cues
✨ Common challenges (and what to do when they happen)
✨ How partners and support people can make a difference
✨ When to reach out for lactation support

You don’t have to wait until you’re struggling to learn about breastfeeding. Preparation can make a difference. 💕

This class is open to the community! We are here to support you.
