Drinking one of my current favorite teas tonight to close out my birthday. It’s been a quiet day and a day of endings and beginnings. I am so very blessed right now. In so many ways.

My website is still being revamped (done by the weekend), but I am still here! Heading out to Rheumatology for a big appointment. Taking my two current big hitter oils with me and a book recommendation to read. It’s going to be a tough appointment but I can’t even bring myself to be that upset. Anything negative becomes a positive, and I can power my way through it.
