If you or someone you know has been trying to reach customer service regarding a product called “Divine Purity Drops,” please read.

To clear the air for our community: Divine Purity Aurapothecary, LLC does NOT make, sell, or endorse dietary drops, supplements, or ingestible formulas. We handcraft natural body care, candles, incense, and aromatherapy products.

These drops are processed and sold by a third-party seller through Digistore24 USA. Because this vendor operates with completely dead support credentials, confused buyers are finding our small business online and leaving angry calls and 1-star reviews on our profile.

4️⃣ Countless emails regarding a product I do not make, endorse, or am affiliated with in any kind of way.

Payment processors are required by card network regulations and FTC guidelines to ensure their merchants maintain active, working customer service contact details. Allowing a vendor to hide behind fake contact details while a legitimate small business takes the fallout is unacceptable.

Look what YOU did. 👏🏾

Every time you grabbed a pack of our Imperfectly Perfect Incense, you weren’t just getting sticks with a little character.. you were feeding your neighbors.

$276.00 (we also covered processing fees) donated to the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. That’s real. That’s community.

These aren’t the “pretty” sticks. Some are a little bent, a little uneven.. imperfectly perfect, just like the rest of us. But every single one still burns clean, smells incredible, and now.. every pack sold puts real dollars toward real meals for real families right here in our city.

This is what happens when a small purchase becomes a big impact. You didn’t just shop small. You showed up for Chattanooga.

Just a little education on this perfect Friday!!

I received an email that prompted this post. Caramel, strawberry, blueberry, bourbon, peach, etc... will never be an essential oil.

We use both essential oils and fragrance oils, and there’s even times when we blend the two to get a preferred aroma. But how we use them is based on the application of the product we’re making. Please be assured..we don’t use anything that contains parabens or phthalates.

Our incense burns clean. Our body oils are luxurious. It’s because we are so very intentional about where we source EVERY ingredient from!

I can’t have a name like Divine Purity and do the opposite of what the name implies. We live this through and through.

We’ve had multiple people reach out via email and phone asking how to buy “Divine Purity Drops” after seeing it advertised on Facebook and TikTok.

We are Divine Purity Aurapothecary..a real, handmade candle, incense, and body care brand based in Chattanooga, TN. We do NOT sell any product called “Divine Purity Drops,” and we are not affiliated with these ads in any way.

These appear to be scam ads using theresacaputo name and likeness without her permission. She has publicly warned her own followers about fake accounts and ads doing exactly this.

If you see this ad: do not send money or personal information. Report it on the platform where you saw it.
