Visualization has honestly been one of the biggest shifts in my healing journey… and it’s something we work on inside my program too.
Not in a “pretend your symptoms don’t exist” way.
But in a way that helps the body stop living in constant stress, fear, and survival mode.
For so long, I woke up already expecting:
fatigue
overwhelm
symptoms
bad news
another hard day
And my nervous system stayed stuck there.
Now I intentionally get up early before the chaos starts… sit in quiet… and visualize how I want to feel.
Calm.
Grounded.
Healthy.
Present.
Energetic.
Safe in my body.
Because your body listens to the stories and emotions you rehearse every single day.
Healing is physical… but it’s also mental, emotional, and nervous system work too.
