Start by asking yourself: What kind of movement actually brings me joy? Walking, strength training, dancing, stretching, group classes, hiking. It all counts.✨

Do not be afraid to change your routine as your body and goals evolve. Some seasons call for more movement, others for more recovery.

Try making movement social. Invite a friend, join a class, or turn your daily walk into connection time.

And most importantly, avoid using exercise to “earn” or “undo” food. Movement supports your health in so many ways beyond the scale.
