Ok ladies, do you know how important strength training is? It's EVERYTHING! So when we're 70 or even before and we fall, the muscle we have built will protect our bones..you know when you hear, "it started when she broke her hip" yea that's the beginning of the end. LIFT WEIGHTS!!

It's amazing how much your body can change when you go thru perimenopause and menopause. I remember feeling like my body wasnt my own, and knowing that is normal helps for sure!
