I’ve been seeking Health, Happiness and my Skinny Jeans since December 2009. I saw “that picture” … you know the one …. The one that finally makes reality hit home . I started making changes … small changes that added up. nspiration from others as well!!! This is NOT a ONE SIZE FITS ALL journey for anyone. I am hoping this page becomes a community support for anyone struggling or celebrating with health, weight loss and fitness goals. Success is easier with support and grows with it !! This is my way of PAYING IT FORWARD and saving my FB friends on my personal page that do not wish to share in my journey . A little about me….. I am down over 90 lbs with 25-30 to go !!! I am determined to make this a reality . I started this journey barely being able to walk a mile at a decent pace to running…actually jogging ;) my first 5K 4 months later and down only 45 pounds. I have ran several more since then , a few 10K’s, and my first half marathon in April 2012. I have also done a triathlon and plan do more !! There really is no limit. I keep setting goals so I have something to work for and really am more determined than anyone I know. Since losing the weight and loving to work out , I have gotten my group fitness instructor certificate and personal training certificate. I started my own FabFitFun Boot Camps held 3 times per week and have been nicknamed “Sarge” by my group of boot campers and so FabFitFun Sarge is the name I chose for this page. I have achieved my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Behavior Coach, and Weight Loss Management and Wellness Coaching certificates. I am currently working on my Masters in Ex Sci/ Health Promotion. I am looking forward to a career in weight loss and fitness and helping others achieve their own goals. I struggle like the rest of you always trying to stay on track and getting out the door to exercise so I look forward to your feedback and motivation too! Let’s help each other and anyone else we can achieve their Health and Fitness goals!! And I can't wait to celebrate losing 100 pounds with ALL of you ... soon!!!
