One of the greatest gifts QVC has given me is the gift of sisterhood. ❤️

Aimee Kestenberg isn’t only an extraordinary founder and designer — she’s my best friend. And watching her in a room is a masterclass in connection. She remembers the details. She asks the questions. She makes every person feel genuinely seen. It’s not “networking.” It’s who she is. And it’s poetry in motion. | Aimee Kestenberg Elan

Earlier this week, I got to watch her shine alongside three other iconic women at QVC’s fall fashion preview:

✨ Nicole Miller, bringing old-school New York fashion grit — fierce, sharp, creative, and unapologetic. | Nicole Miller
☀️ Mally Roncal, bringing actual sunlight into every conversation with her warmth, generosity, and glorious Mally-ness. | Mally Roncal
🤍 Coco Rocha, one of the world’s most recognizable supermodels, who is also warm, hilarious, and completely down-to-earth. | 𝕮𝖔𝖈𝖔 𝕽𝖔𝖈𝖍𝖆

Four women. Four entirely different expressions of power.

Fierceness. Connection. Joy. Groundedness.

What a gift these past seven years at QVC have been — and what a privilege to be surrounded by women who lead so brilliantly, and so differently. ✨

Going viral can get you attention.

It doesn’t automatically get you paid.

A smaller audience that knows who you are, understands your expertise, and trusts your recommendations can be far more valuable to a brand than thousands of random views.

The goal isn’t to keep chasing a bigger following and hoping the money eventually appears.

The goal is to learn how to turn the influence you already have into strategic, paid brand partnerships—on your own terms.
That’s what I teach inside Brand Ninja Elite.

My final cohort of 2026 begins September 21st.

Most people think brand deals begin with a company sending you a campaign brief.

Some of the most lucrative ones begin with you having an interesting idea—and inviting the right brands into the story.

When we moved from NYC to Pennsylvania, I wanted to meet our new neighbors. So I created a neighborhood event, built sponsorship opportunities around it, and pitched brands that made sense.

That first event generated $20,000 in brand partnerships.

Then I did it again—and generated $40,000.

The next one? $60,000.

I didn’t wait for a brand to invent the opportunity for me. I created something valuable, packaged it properly, and showed brands exactly why they should want to be part of it.

That’s one of the biggest shifts I teach inside Brand Ninja Elite: Your life is already full of potentially monetizable ideas. You just need to know how to recognize and position them.

My final cohort of the year begins September 21st.

Follower count is only one form of influence—and it’s often not the most valuable one.💰

When Cheryl joined Brand Ninja, she had fewer than 5,000 followers and was charging around $500 per post.

But she also had something far more powerful: real expertise, credibility in her field, and an audience that trusted what she had to say.

Once she learned how to package and pitch that value, she generated $9,500 in paid brand partnerships in just 90 days.

Brands don’t only pay for reach. They pay for authority, access, ideas, trust, and the ability to influence the right people.

You may be sitting on far more value than your follower count reflects—you just need to know how to sell it.

My final Brand Ninja Elite cohort of the year begins September 21st.

You don’t need to “become an influencer.” You may already have everything brands are looking for.

The expertise.
The credibility.
The relationships.
The platform.
The point of view people trust.

What you may not have yet is the playbook for turning all of that into paid brand partnerships.

That’s exactly what we do inside Brand Ninja Elite—and after saying I was finished running cohorts for the year, I’ve decided to open ONE more.

Our final cohort of 2026 begins September 21st.

If you’re a speaker, author, coach, podcaster, founder, media personality, expert—or simply someone who has built real influence and is ready to monetize it—this is for you.

I’ve been saying for YEARS: “One day, and I are going to be homies. I just feel it.” 😂

I’ve followed Laura through so many chapters of her life — her comedy, her motherhood journey, her sobriety, her heartbreak, her breathtakingly public divorce — and I’ve admired the honesty, humor, and humanity she has brought to every single one.

So when her assistant reached out and invited me to be on her podcast… I nearly fell over.

Sure, this was an exciting visibility opportunity (Laura has something like 14 million followers across her platforms - you go, girl!). But honestly? I was far more excited because I truly adore and admire this woman — and somehow, sitting down together felt exactly as natural as I always imagined it would. 🥹

Which brings me to what we’re talking about in this clip: Identity Rehearsals.

Sometimes confidence doesn’t come first. Sometimes you have to start showing up as the version of yourself you’re becoming — before you fully believe you are her.

🚶‍♀️You rehearse the identity.
🎤You take the action.
⭐️You collect the evidence.
🙋‍♀️And eventually, your belief catches up.

So apparently, “One day we’re going to be homies” is a legitimate manifestation strategy. 😂❤️

But it’s also a great reminder… if you want something that feels out of reach, just BELIEVE and then put one foot in front of the other until you get there. 😉

Part 2 of “I almost turned down an invitation that ended with me spending the day with Carrie Underwood at a mansion in the Hamptons.” 😳

(Watch Part 1 for the backstory!!)

Somehow, the biggest thing I remember isn’t the house, the cameras, or even the fact that it was Carrie freaking Underwood.

It was how incredibly kind she was to a very overwhelmed, very postpartum me. 🥹

Another completely surreal chapter of Unhinged Things I’ve Done for Work.

Still can’t believe this was a workday.

I almost said no to this one… and WOW would I have regretted it. 😂

Welcome back to Unhinged Things I’ve Done for Work — where I share the wild, unexpected adventures this career as a content creator has taken me on.

This one was simply too good to cram into 60 seconds… so consider this Part 1. 👀

Trust me, we haven’t even gotten to the crazy part yet.

Part 2 coming next.

💕📖 For years, I’ve believed that an attitude of gratitude is the heartbeat of happiness.

The Gratitude Shift is my way of putting that belief into your hands — the stories, lessons, science, and simple practices that have changed the way I move through my own life.

I cannot believe I finally get to say this…

THE GRATITUDE SHIFT is available for pre-order now. 🥹💗
