Why am I just showing food and a step count? On a two week trip, I still gained 5lb(2.3kg) despite a lot of activity. For me however, this is true health! Being aware of how to week in, week out 90% of the year, will lead to moments of pure culinary enjoyment with absolutely no second thoughts. Once you learn, you never go back!

Also…notice something: Even though this food was definitely calorie dense, it was still real food!
