For all my yogi’s, we understands the power of the breath and how it keeps us in control of the deep web of our thoughts, emotions, and our overall physical well being. Try practices taking 5-10 (or how many it takes for you to feel completely relaxed) deep breaths every time you feel yourself floating to a state of depression or anxiety. Bring yourself back to the present moment. Allow yourself to feel that you are safe, stable and grounded. 🌻✨

Why do men say they want a real woman/a good woman/a queen but then when they are finally blessed with one, they feel less than (even tho they aren’t because if they were, a woman of that caliber wouldn’t even be entertaining him) and do everything in their power to mess it up?
