Begin Valentines ❤️ Day season with some self love and be soothed in an immersive, ALL NIGHT SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE that will lull you to sleep 😴

😌You won’t have to think about getting up after an hour or two, you’ll have the whole night to settle in.

Guided by myself and Gabrielle the evening will begin with journaling our intentions, breathing exercises, and a circle share to create our sacred container 🙏🏽

Throughout the night 🌃 you'll be held in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, light percussive instruments, crystal harp vibes and the loving vibration of REIKI ✨

🧘🏽‍♀️There will be an hour of silence in the morning before being guided to gently wake up the body with light movement and stretching. Tea and morning snacks will be available.

Expect an energetic detox 🕊️ You will feel the healing vibrations for a few days afterwards, it is important to be hydrated, and to make time for rest and reflection.

🌹This is not an ordinary sound bath experience, this is an intentional getaway to deepen the connection you have with yourself, soothe the soul, and reset the nervous system.

But Winter is really a time to slow down, cocoon, rest, and deepen your 🫚 roots into the Earth.

😌This is a time where you get to conserve and build up your Qi, say NO more often, and open up and listen to the world INSIDE of you.

Let yourself feel held in the darkness, light a candle 🕯️and taste the medicine of the present moment: nowhere to be and nothing to do.
