- met up w/ merritt wellness & planned the next few months of classes, led group at our women’s sober house & channeled our inner belle by checking out soooo many books from the public library.

we are learning.
we are educating ourselves.
we are utilizing community resources.

hey yall! excited to share a special addition to our upcoming FREE Candlelit Restorative Yoga class, this Sunday 2/15 at 5:30PM in Sloan’s Lake. my dear friend & fellow woo woo gal, Emily Kolb - Certified Rolfer®, will be joining me to offer personalized bodywork adjustments during our class! her work focuses on fascia and structural integration, helping release tension and create more ease throughout the body. during our supported restorative poses, she’ll offer gentle hands-on support to deepen relaxation and enhance your experience.

23 of the past 36 hours on zero sleep, eyes burning, prepping for my new job, tying off as many loose ends as possible = website v 2.0.

i feel like it’s 2019 & i’m just a lil bb yogi, recent graduate of RYT, leaping into the unknown & the world of being a small business owner.

2026’s rebrand is here & it’s long overdue. stay tuned for more updates, events, classes & all things yoga and wellness. did y’all think i wouldn’t take ya along for the ride? i’ll drive, you’ve got shotgun./

welp, it's been a grip! end of 2025 into 2026 has been a doozy. some updates for yall:

- career change, after 13 years in the creative field within photo/video/graphic design & marketing, i've switched back to the health n wellness space

- graduated from AFRC's Peer Support Specialist program on Friday (2/6) after an intense 2 weeks of learning, exploring biases, training, a few tears, not much sleep, new friends + network connections here in Denver

- CPFS certified now (Peer Support Specialist) & got not one but two job offers. pumped to start with an incredible org. here on Monday 2/16

- started taking on private clients again here in Denver (book w/me via website, link in bio)

- teaching classes again! (next one is at Merritt Wellness on Sunday > 2/15 @ 5:30PM here in Sloans Lake!) link in bio to join

- always happy to have my zoom clients, i am again open to adding some more to the roster

- website updates

- social media updates (promise i'll be more active on here like i used to be with trikona yoga co.)

so ya! dogs are good, social life is good, healing is hard still, reparenting is harder, grieving that some things will never change is gut wrenching but im in my "sofia" and "lilith" era & it's been nothing short of transformational
