Let’s talk about coffee and caffeine for a minute....

If you feel burned out, fatigued, anxiety-ridden, bloated belly, have thyroid or adrenal issues, PMS, infertility or have menopause symptoms...then strong caffeine like coffee is NOT for you!!!

If you are a coffee addict, I know you don’t want to hear it because that is how you get through the day. It’s the one thing you look forward to. I totally get it.

But coffee releases your stress hormone cortisol and puts you in a state of fight or flight. That’s what is giving you a high when you drink it. But if you are in a constant state of fight or flight with work, kids, travel, coffee and anything else going on...then your body is on overdrive and will eventually give out over time. That’s when the fatigue sets in, hair loss, aging skin, dry skin, bloated belly, anxiety...

My clients have asked me what are good substitutes. Well matcha tea, green tea or completely cutting all caffeine out if you really want to see an improvement of your symptoms.

But Matcha Tea is the best though because it is LOADED with antioxidants which slows down the aging process and L-Theanine which eases stress.
